The name of this association is the Paul M. Hardwick Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA), Lubbock, Texas.  It is a local PTA unit organized under the authority of the Texas Congress of Parents and Teachers (the Texas PTA), a branch of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers (the National PTA).
